About

We are creators, lovers of nature, animals and LIFE. We spend our lives propagating innovation within ourselves and with all those we encounter. We are guided by a mantra we created to represent our commitment to each other and our mission: “Love, Light, Freedom and Growth”. We strive to embody this mantra every single day and we openly hold each other accountable to this commitment.

We define Innovation as Creation in Action and see it as our responsibility to spend as many moments in creation (versus survival) individually, and collectively. This manifests through our businesses, that are different but beautifully intertwined.

After nearly 20 years in healthcare, predominantly with Johnson & Johnson, Lisa founded Fülle in 2015. Fülle, which means Abundance + Fulfillment, is a holistic leadership development company on a mission to unlock human potential through science-based tools and technologies. She serves individual executive leaders and progressive multi-national and start-up companies, globally.

Scott is a food scientist by training and has spent 35 years in the food industry, with Givaudan Corporation for the large majority of that time. As the global head of innovation, Scott created MISTA in 2018, an ecosystem designed to create the future of food. MISTA is a global ecosystem with roots in San Francisco where the 7k square foot innovation lab and co-working space serves progressive start-up and mid-size companies, in addition to some of the world’s largest food companies in the world…..Danone, Mars, Ingredion, and Givaudan. To create a  sustainable future food system requires a new way of working, where collaboration is the key. Where the greatest minds and companies come together to co-create an abundant future that delights people and planet.

Together, Lisa & Scott dedicate their lives to creating a better future for ALL which is why the Living Building Challenge immediately resonated with them. They have set the clear intention to demonstrate that LBC can be executed at an accessible price point that can be scaled widely.
